Kleemann明年推出高效移动冲击式破碎机

 

Kleemann计划于2024年在北美推出移动冲击式破碎机。据该公司称，其 Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO 是一款高效、强大且灵活的设备，也将作为全电动产品来售卖。Kleemann 表示，MR 100(i) NEO尺寸紧凑，运输重量轻，可用于多种应用。Kleemann 补充道，该设备可以在狭窄的或频繁变化的工作场所进行操作，可加工包括如混凝土、碎石和沥青等再生材料，以及软到中硬的天然石材。

Carlson Software激光系统突破地下测绘极限

Kleemann plans to introduce a mobile impact crusher to North America in 2024. According to the company, its Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO is an efficient, powerful and flexible plant that will also be available as an all-electric offering called the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEOe. With compact dimensions and a low transport weight, Kleemann says the MR 100(i) NEO can be used in a variety of applications. Operation in tight worksite spaces or in frequently changing workplaces is possible, Kleemann adds. Processing possibilities include recycling applications such as concrete, rubble and asphalt, as well as soft to medium-hard natural stone.

Laser system pushes limits for underground mapping

Carlson Software released the Carlson C-ALS HD, a successor to the Carlson C-ALS Gyro. According to Carlson, the auto-scanning laser system sets an industry standard by offering enhanced visual inspection capabilities along with accurate 3D underground mapping functionality. Equipped with a high-definition camera and an 874-lumen spotlight on the C-ALS head, Carlson says the C-ALS HD offers increased visualization capability with up to 25 meters of visibility. Users can visualize in real time as the probe is deployed to spot obstructions and monitor deployment in underground environments. The new functionality provides added visibility and enables professionals to identify and analyze potential hazards, structural issues or areas of concern with utmost precision and accuracy.

Versatility a key feature of mobile conveyor

ProStack, a Terex brand, introduced a tracked conveyor product in the Ranger 6-27H. According to ProStack, the Ranger 6-27H can stockpile directly from crushers and screeners. It can also load and unload barges. The Ranger 6-27H was engineered with an extended conveyor for situations that require more reach to span gaps or to create larger stockpiles. A conveyor length of 90 ft. allows operators to stockpile about 18,675 sq. ft.

Screen design aids in elimination of blinding, clogging

The Bivitec screening plant from AEI (Aggregates Equipment Inc.) involves a dual-vibratory process that moves the screen in two directions, making it harder for materials to become lodged in mesh and slow production. According to AEI, the Bivitec features flexible polyurethane screen mats that can withstand high g-forces as they’re tensioned and relaxed, creating a flip-flow motion that separates difficult-to-screen materials. The motion prevents material blinding and allows for high throughput rates and accurate particle size separation, the company adds.

Motor control for electric-driven surface pumps optimized

Pioneer Pump, a Franklin Electric Co. brand, introduced the ElectricPAK packaged variable frequency drive (VFD) as a solution to withstand the demands of mobile dewatering applications. The platform is engineered to deliver a more intuitive operation experience via a touchscreen interface known as SmartPrime, the company says. The ElectricPAK can be mounted to the pump skid to simplify transport and ensure the pump, motor and VFD are always ready to set up and go on the jobsite. The VFD can also be mounted in its own standalone skid for maximum setup versatility and use with different pumping systems. The standalone skid features a metal cage design that keeps the VFD protected and secure during transport while providing extra protection against jobsite hazards.

Powerful, reliable vibration for screening processes

Martin Engineering manufactures electric and hydraulic vibrators that are designed for screening and separating a range of bulk materials, including aggregates and sand. ATEX-certified for use in environments with a high risk of explosion, Martin Engineering screen vibrators are engineered to be highly durable. They’re backed by a three-year warranty, the company says.

Plummer block series added to product offering

NTN Bearing Corp. of America.’s SNC plummer block series features two-part bearing housings in metric dimensions, presenting a heavy-duty solution that simplifies the mounting and maintenance of the units. Combined with precision-made, self-aligning Ultage spherical roller bearings, NTN says its new units offer benefits in terms of service life and running behavior. With a variety of sealing systems available, NTN says the two-part bearing-housing setup provides a versatile, modular approach to a mounted-unit design, offering technically and economically viable solutions for almost any application. Complete units come with the necessary hardware for installation and maintenance, providing users with an out-of-the-box solution that minimizes downtime.

Planetary gear units offer power, flexibility and reliability

The P2.e series of planetary gear units is available for the torque range 24.8 kNm to 124 kNm. According to SEW-Eurodrive, these two- and three-stage planetary gear units cover gear ratios of 15.2 to 332. With a compact design, flexibility and a high-thermal limit rating, SEW Eurodrive says the gear units are an ideal solution for continuous heavy-duty applications where space is tight. An optional integrated fan in the motor interface aspirates air radially, accelerates it and generates a cooling stream of air with a high-flow rate. Besides its high-power density, the company says the P2.e series has a best-in-class thermal limit rating.

Design enhances drum motor safety

The motor, gear reducer and bearings of GrizzlyDrive drum motors are enclosed and protected inside the drum and designed for 80,000 hours of continuous operation before maintenance. According to VDG (Van der Graaf), the design increases safety while decreasing maintenance and operating costs. With VDG IronGrip lagging, the company says the GrizzlyDrive delivers 40 percent more traction and improved tracking while increasing lagging and belt life. The all-enclosed design and construction of the GrizzlyDrive reduces the cost of ownership, VDG adds, and provides conveyors with reliability, longevity and performance in harsh environments.
